Embossed Printing

A sort of printing called embossed printing gives the fabric depth. Embossed printing can be divided into two types technically: cylinder type emboss printing and plate type emboss printing. An extremely deep embossing technique called plate type embossing can give a fabric's front and back an embossing impression. It is often referred to as 3D embossed printing because of this. Its molds come in a plate and male-female configurations. Since it is a plate type, each report should consider how much the fabric will stretch when exposed to heat and should choose patterns that can withstand this. The surface is embossed using cylinder-type embossing, a medium-depth embossing technique. In contrast to plate-type embossing, there is little depth below the fabric, and the likelihood of fabric stretching in response to heat is a negligible factor. Cylinder-type embossed printing allows for the creation of numerous patterns.

Both cylinder embossing machines and plate type (3D embossing) machineries are available. We have a very wide range of patterns. We often provide our customers with ready-made embossed pattern molds, but depending on the order, we can also have molds built for any requested unique pattern. In response to client requests, we are now able to simultaneously print the design on cylinder-type machine with a combination of male and female embossing patterns. Taking into account all of these technical elements, we consider the specified design and fabric, share the right approach with them, and select the most effective and efficient embossing kind in order to properly guide our customers.
