The basis of our company was established in 2005 by Mera Dis. Tic. Ltd. Sti, one of the most important companies of our country in the field of textile foil, which is not produced in Turkey was laid with the establishment of.

Approximately 10 years later, in 2016, based on the experiences gained in the textile sector, our company Varak Teknik Tekstil Baskı San.ve Tic. A.S. was established in order to meet all fabric printing demands that may come from all over our country, including Izmir.

In this way, today Mera Dıs Tic. Ltd. Sti. In addition to the ongoing foil and machinery trade, the production process was started by printing fabric within Varak Teknik Tekstil Baski San.ve Tic. A.S

Since we import a large number of consumables such as foil paper, binder, glitter, glue used in printing processes from abroad, we have the advantage of providing our customers with products suitable for the features they want and giving them more affordable prices.

Our company carries out printing operations for many exporting companies in a very wide geography, especially in Bursa, Izmir and Istanbul.

For this reason, we have the Inditex production quality certificate, which is required for sales to companies such as Zara, Mango, H&M, as well as OCS (Organic Content Standards) and RCS (Recycle Content Standard) certificates and Join Life production, which are being prepared in order not to harm nature.

The entire investment process of our facility, which is located in Izmir Ulukent Industrial Zone, has been financed with our own resources since its establishment and our investments are still continuing. In this context, starting from the first half of 2023, we will have the ability to print fabrics with a width above 150 cm.

Currently, the supply of finished and semi-finished products in accordance with the demanded product specifications, the presentation of the printing molds in our own structure to the attention of the customer, the highest level of quality control of the printed fabrics and their strict follow-up are carried out within our company.

In this context, our aim is to be able to conclude the demands from our customers at the most affordable cost, with the best quality, at the requested time and as requested. The fact that our customer range has been gradually expanding to date shows that we have been able to achieve these goals.
